I created this course truly for beginners. Folks who have always been curious about meditation, but really haven't found enough motivation (or time) to get started. And especially for those who think it's too intimidating (one of my favorite modules is debunking all of that thinking!).
All of the meditations are shorter than 10 minutes, and they're meant to use your mental chatter to actually enhance your experience in meditation. We use all that talking to be productive, actually, and keep tabs on your experiences with different types of meditation through short reflections each day.
